How long does it take to get an appointment?
Sick/problems the same day, physicals within
1-2 weeks.
Can I get a hold of Dr. Pillai after
hours?
Yes, she is available 24/7. She carries
her mobile phone after hours and weekends.
What is the
protocol if I have any medical questions?
The receptionist will take your message and Dr. Pillai will return your call back on the same day if she is not
available when you call.
Is the practice very busy?
No, we have a small
practice which is made of Tracy- front, Cynthia- back and Patricia
front/billing. We like to have the feel of family when you walk
through the door.
What if I need a referral?
Patient will need to be seen by the primary
care physician (Dr. Pillai). After that, either you will be handed
the referral at the time of your visit or she will mail it to you
depending on the insurance. If you prefer she can set up an
appointment for your child.
How long has Dr.Pillai in

14 years. Dr. Pillai finished her residency in
1995 from Cook County Hospital, Chicago.
