We’ve been bringing our son to Dr. Pillai for over 11 years, and we are so grateful for her kindness, patience, and the exceptional care she has provided to our family throughout the years. She always takes the time to ask if we have any questions, listens attentively, and makes us feel heard and supported. Dr. Pillai cares for our son as if he were her own, and that means so much to us. Her office is always welcoming, clean, and well-organized, and her staff is wonderful—friendly, efficient, and caring. Every visit is a positive experience. We truly love and appreciate Dr. Pillai and her team, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable pediatrician.

The doctor office is well cleaned and i got a sick appointment at same day for my kid. I highly recommend this place.

Natalie was kind & patient. My daughter has severe ear infections even after tubes & she seems to be the only doctor in favor of not giving her more antibiotics which she is becoming resistant too and can cause a bunch of other problems. I have trouble with sick appts here because I never know who I am going to get & they're not on the same page about it.

We saw PA Natalie, she’s awesome as are the rest of the staff at Dr. Sindu Pillai’s office. We like the new location, and the sick and well waiting areas are separated. Natalie is great with kids, she’s thorough and takes the time to explain things and answer questions.

Van sees both my kids and always remembers them. Every visit has been informative and easier to manage when Van truly cares for them. Couldn’t imagine taking my kids to any other PA, they love Van.

We absolutely love Natalie! I can go in with a list of 10 questions and she answers them all. She seems to really care about my son, remembers him and takes my concerns seriously when I have them. I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else.

Best Experience yet. I was a patient myself of Dr. Sindu Pillai as a child. Now all 3 of my children are patients of Dr. Pillai's office. Ms. Natalie Eisenberg has been our current provider for most recent visits and she has provided the upmost attention and care for each one of our children. She gives us the time of day to listen to all of our concerns and ensures we address each issue. We have been to the Doctors more often than any other year this year, but thankfully Dr. Eisenberg has made each experience wonderful despite the reasons we have come in for. Thank you for taking the time to call me and review my children's lab work results, follow up on medication reactions and most of all thank you for showing you CARE! Most importantly, I want to thank this office for always trying to get us in ASAP for sick visits. I rarely have to go to urgent care because the office always tries their hardest to accommodate us in their schedule's same day or next day!!! Dr. Van Nguyen and Dr. Pillai are also great but wanted to give a huge shout out to Dr. Eisenberg for providing us with excellent care!!! We can't wait to bring in baby #4 for wellness visits soon.

PA Natalie Eisenberg has been the greatest with my daughter. She has provided so much reassurance to me as a first time mom. Highly recommend her!

Both my sons have been seeing Dr. Pillai and P.A.s, Natalie and Van since they were born. We have had nothing but positive experiences at this practice! I'm grateful for all the care my children have received, especially my youngest who struggled with his health after being born early, but is now thriving thanks to the attention and guidance of Dr. Pillai and her staff!

I been with sindu and Nguyen for years and they have always been amazing at what they do. I would never go anywhere else and I will always recommend them to everyones child. They go above and beyond for my kids. From being able to call my kids doctor personally to her sending an order to the ER for my kids yes!!! She’s the best I can’t trust anyone else with my kids. Thankyou sindu pillai and their team❤️

The care was great. Friendly kind. Explained everything. My only issues was they took so long and I was there over an hour for a physical and shots. Overall I love the new place and care team.

We had a great experience at this doctor’s office. The PA was very kind, attentive, and took the time to really listen to my 16-year-old son’s concerns. She had excellent bedside manner and made him feel comfortable and heard. I was hoping he would be seen by the doctor, but the entire staff was very professional, and the appointment process was smooth and easy from start to finish. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism!

I absolutely love this pediatric office. From the moment we walk in, Nurse Angela always makes us feel so welcomed. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and kind with both of my girls, and I really appreciate that she remembers us it makes such a difference as a parent. PA Maya and Taylor are also amazing. They have wonderful bedside manner, never make us feel rushed, and always take the time to answer any questions or concerns thoroughly. That level of care and attention means a lot. While my experience with some of the other nurses hasn’t been quite the same, the overall quality of care we’ve received from the main providers keeps us coming back. I’ve only seen Dr. Sindu a few times, but she has been great during those visits. I especially appreciate that she’s available for emergency phone calls that kind of accessibility brings real peace of mind. I’m truly grateful to have found a pediatric office where my girls feel comfortable and cared for. It’s not easy to find a place you trust, and this office has been a great fit for our family.

I have had Dr Pillai as my primary Pediatrician for my 10 and 7 year old boys ever since my 10 year old came home from the NICU. Recently we saw one of her PA's Maya , my son was referred to the ER and Maya called me later that night to follow up with his condition and then called the next day as well after he was admitted overnight to Children's hospital. Providers just don't do that these days and it really made me so grateful and felt like my son was so cared for. Amazing office staff helped my son in the office and out to the car with a wheelchair. 10/10 recommend.He is recovering and getting back to his usual shinanigans
